Listing your name, order number, the product details you wish to return or exchange.
All returns must be sent to the following address within 14 days of arrival:

We only accept returns that are in perfect condition, not worn, not washed and with the tag still attached.
If an item is returned to us and shows signs of wear or washing or the tag has been removed then the item will be returned back to you and no refund issued.
We cannot take responsibility for shipping costs and lost packages. Please keep a record of your tracking number when shipping the package.
Once the goods are received back at our warehouse the refund will be issued. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you have ordered the wrong size then providing it has only been tried on once and not washed then we will happily exchange for a new size. Buyer will be responsible for paying postage costs.
Please note that we do not offer any refunds or exchanges for international orders. However, if for some reason your item is faulty then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the fault and your order number and we'll refund you, however any border force payment received when you return your item will have to be deducted from the refund total.
Customers are entitled to a full refund of faulty goods up to 30 days after purchasing. A full price of the faulty item and the postage costs will be refunded. Any item(s) where a fault has been caused to due customer negligence or not following the garment care instructions will not be refunded. Only manufacturing faults will be considered.
